Today's article is devoted to a quick and useful food. It often happens that it is impossible to find the time or the place for a full dinner. If you believe the advertising, the ideal way to quickly satisfy hunger is eating candy bars or fast food. However, such methods do not concern us, because there's nothing to do with the healthy food they have.
Useful snacking at work
1. I give the fruit first. Bananas are best - they are quite nutritious and very convenient for transportation. Delicious fruit useful to contain a lot of water and vitamins - the perfect snack. Nothing more to add.
2. Kefir - a great natural product. But in the yogurt, I somehow doubt it. Plain yogurt contains various additives that neutralize their favor. No, I do not think that yogurt is a dangerous product. Maybe some of them are even useful, but I give my vote for yogurt.
3. Nuts and dried fruits. Useful and nutritious, they are best combined with fruit or add to yogurt or yogurt - get very tasty.
4. Now hold in my hand a fruit bar called "Frutilad." All that bothers me is the presence of the additive in its E202. But everywhere they write that it is the safest preservative industry. Therefore include fruit bars on our list of healthy snacks.
5. A few squares of dark chocolate would be a good addition to any of the above products.
Useful snacks at home
1. Salads, vegetables or fruits. Use in salads only fresh products, and you get a healthy and tasty dish. The chef-pot cooking takes less than 15 minutes.
2. Curd. If you prefer a low-fat, then you can add him nuts or dried fruit to improve the flavor.
3. Sandwiches from grain breads and cheese. These two useful products perfectly match each other.
4. Muesli - another good option healthy snack. Quality cereals are well-balanced product.
Rules of healthy snacks:
- Do not rush;
- Do not eat on the run;
- Wash your hands before you eat, and if this is not possible, then use a damp cloth or a special liquid;
