I myself went on a raw food diet in 32 years, in the fall of 2007. Before that 14 years was the usual vegetarian, very prone to gluttony, which is reflected in the form of my body. Can not say that I was a fat-fed pigs ... :) So, just a young pig, full of promise. :) With the growth of 182 my weight over 90 kg, with a very small percentage of the mass fell on the muscle.
